OEXO today looks a great speculation for a small investor with the buy quote .038 & sell.039. So 20000 OEX would cost$3900.00 or OEXO pay only $780.00 which would give control of 20000 shares for 14 months. Just imagine if OEX does come up with good results. Our small investor could see a very good return of big $$$$. At the very worst he could loose all his $780.00, but that seems unlikely .Very good speculation for a small investor IMO.
