    You contact the Company and send them you Cheque.... they make an announcement ( Notice ) to the ASX that "X" number of OEXO are now coverted, with full voting rights, with a tradeable date as OEX.... ie: now "X" less OEXO and "X" more OEX on the ASX Market.
