The common denominator is I change my mind with this a lot. But one thing remains the same psa - the advocate wrote back and anything that is not mentioned in the psa will revert to the original jv. and anything that has changed will not have as much punch. I do beleive Oex is about to lose this resource but the form it will take is the mystery....Oex stated when gspc wasn't making cash calls they have 3 choices. Pay the outstanding money.....relinquish the oilfeild to Oex or a buyout so I am assuming that these terms could also be on Oex part of the jv relinquish the oilfeild or a forced buyout. How the price is set I don't know. And the conditions I don't know either. But a part of jv law is one jv partner must not adversely affect the other. Gspc not making cash calls is on our side. But can Oex fund the development of this oilfeild? This is Against us One way or the other I beleive one party is about to sever from the other. The Indian times wrote that gspc overran its budget by 3 billion and is now in debt - debt is a great driver in anyone's life. I just can't tell the form it will take....I wouldn't focus on gas production or the new md but debt levels and the law because at the end of the day these two things are arguably the most important right now.....and I can tell you from what has happened so far it is ALL completely LEGAL
