Oex stated gspc can pay the outstanding cash calls...Oex buy out the oilfeild or the oilfeild should be handed over.....I am assuming that those options flow both ways. At a guess Oex not being able to develop the oilfeild disadvantages gspc That is a breech of the jv law which remains a part of the new psa because it is not mentioned in the new psa.
