The Indian times wrote that gspc overran its budget by 3 billion and is now in debt - debt is a great driver in anyone's life. I just can't tell the form it will take....I wouldn't focus on gas production or the new md but debt levels and the law because at the end of the day these two things are arguably the most important right now.....and I can tell you from what has happened so far it is ALL completely LEGAL
