I don't think the OEX holders understand what they are reading in the latest Oilex Announcement. The fact that we have API 50 Crude Oil coming up in the flowback is good. API 50 Crude Oil sells for $100 per barrel. Crude oil is simply trucked to a collection point and sold to the cracking refinery. Gas, on the other hand requires much more sophisticated collection, transportation and refining... anyone ever seen how big Gas Plants have to be? Gas produces less energy than Oil. That is why the Cambay Gas will sell for $ 8 per thousand Scft which is the equivalent of $48 per BOE of Condennsate. Wet Gas wells (ones which produce oil and condensate) are far more valuable than Dry Gas wells!
