I would hope we would get an announcement from the company clarifying those issues (16% free carry, Local Content Requirements etc) before any announcement on finance.

For all of the work that KfW is doing in Tanzania you would hope that the Mining Commission and Tanz Govt would approve KfW to provide finance.

It’s looking increasingly unlikely at this point that finance will be secured before the AGM. I said last year that I would vote against any shares being issued to Directors this year if finance for Epanko was not secured. Time is running out to get my votes
