well, that will not be a bad outcome but I think we may see something in the first week of November at the earliest... if all KNL was waiting for was the 10 year extension (Which they got a few weeks ago), the paperwork must now be completed and even submitted (I am assuming that the rest of the paperwork was 100% spot on) for the September round of meeting @KfW... and then KfW would put the seal of approval in the next 4-5 weeks (Assuming that they have in principle approved the debt and were waiting on this 10 year mining permit only)...
so by October end / November start, we may have a formal approval in our hands... of course, too many assumptions from my side and too many short cuts in my head... in reality it can take much much longer and KNL has never had it easy with timelines... but best case scenarios sometime do happen, right?
let us hope for one this time - sometimes we can get lucky...
