It’s absolutely reasonable to ask. Just on Nedbank, management thought it was appropriate to announce that they were interested in providing finance for up to US$20m, but then they mysteriously disappear from company presentations and announcements and management doesn’t think it is necessary to inform shareholders as to why.

@gus63, just for the record I am not selling out. I have a small trading parcel that is less than 10% of my overall holding. I still believe strongly in the fundamentals of the company, but with that said, I will not blindly follow our management and I will seek answers if I have questions.
