all valid points and need an answer - I am sure you guys have talked/emailed to the management in the past... why not run it past them again and see if we get a bite... may not answer them directly to you but would put it in their "to clarify" list if they are planning to provide some more meat on the bones...

AFAIK the graphite market is pretty "murky" and hence the EGT identity was never revealed... KFW would have not bothered with identity so were ok to be mentioned in the announcements....

Nedbank omission is something that can be asked and expected to be answered by the management as it could hinge on CONTINUOUS DISCLOSURE norms... please ask and let us know what you get as answers....
