Atlas Iron Limited (Atlas, ASX:AGO) acquired these tenements from Gondwana in April 2013. As well as a royalty on all minerals extracted, Gondwana retains a royalty of $1.13 per tonne for all iron ore sold in relation to these tenements, and will receive a fee of $0.20 per tonne in excess of 2 billion tonnes of independently verified JORC compliant iron ore reserves. On 9 December 2013, Atlas announced an initial exploration target at Corunna Downs of 100-150Mt at 55-58%Fe (see announcement for further details)

# Gondwana Resources Limited (Gondwana or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a farm-in agreement with Platypus Minerals Limited (ASXLP) in respect of Gondwana’s 90% interest in the Gobbos Copper Prospect and the Cyclops Nickel Prospect located on E45/3326 in the East Pilbara, WA.
