With you on all those points. I was thinking early 2010 also. Not sure if they need to get permission to open early or how the legallities work, but its definetely going to be ready to go then! And yes dividends will be great, but probably not going to get any of those till 3QTR11-> since they have to repay 30% of loans once the toll opens.
