I suppose we will find out a little bit more today where Rivercity is heading. Having had to drive through all the congested roads around the city of Brisbane a couple of times just to get from one side to the other i know the project is needed its just a matter of the numbers stacking up. from what ive seen on the local news seems like project will be up and running early 2010. i must admit RCY ( even though frustrating ) is one of my favourite long term investments because when they reinstate dividends ( and they will some time in the future ) the s/p will be many multiples of what it is now. so it has great growth & income potential its just a matter of patience and putting up with some short term psychological pain.
