I think it's being manipulated down. There's been large orders for a long time now that are always a few cents above the market price. It's very easy for someone with a lot of dough to manipulate a small stock like this. I sometimes wish the asx would publish the identity of all buy and sell orders as well as actual trades. It's also possible that some larger holders are selling down post the dividend. It is a bargain in my opinion.
