Thanks Thrumy for the clarity on the "current" (approx) shale project acreage value as at today (and probably well north of that figure too).

Also thanks for the dates re: clean up and flow release date. so I assume you mean clean up finishing end of next week being in 10 days and then another 7 days until the flow data ?

One last one, and it is not meant to sound negative, but what is the downside here ? it sounds too good to be true and with the share price like it is it must have some downside risks left....are they the following:

(1) it doesnt flow much
(2) we fall into GFC like conditions whereby even the smallest corporate transaction is off the cards
(3) gas prices get nailed and the investor market doesnt place a value on the shale resource even though we are very sure it is a acreage asset play

anything else anyone ? Thrumy, what are your concerns if any ?

If that is about the crux of it then i am happy with those risks.......

I might have to add some more to my already LARGE position !
