Why would TAM shareholders want a takeover. The CTP has 2.7m ozs of gold (refer to NST 17 Sept 2015 announcement). TAM has 40% ownership of that. At current gold price that is worth $AUD756m. That's 64.c per share spread out over mine life.
And gold price is going up.
And that ignores possible other gold deposits in the tenements.
