Company apparently debt free now.
Shares trading at an all time low.
Market cap just $15m.
Non marketable buyback is a good start to clean up the register and save costs.
Once that is done cash permitting, an on market buyback could commence.
Buying back shares at current lows that were issued at substantially higher prices is a great idea and better than a dividend IMO.
I must say though, it is personally painful to see these shares trading at this level.
