I agree with your comments. It appears to me that OBL are attempting to take advantage of a volatile market to act mischeiviously in a matter which they most likely have 'buckleys' chance of winning. Goodness knows what they hope to achieve as no oil company will want to deal with them if they carry on like this. One minute everything is hunkey dorey and the next Eric has a big knife stuck in his back. Also seems a little too coincidental with the timing of the AWE merger and the Buru demerger. I hope this gets nipped in the bud very quickly and the company director crawls back under the rock from whence he came. Lets see OBL try and open up the Canning Basin without the help of AWE/ARQ.....
