Bear case:
- High user churn
- Decreasing ARPU
- Cap raise (certainly don't seem to need it, could only imagine if they wanted to acquire something etc.)
- Shares released from escrow & not held
That's about it, yet seemingly SP is being priced extra conservative versus others, perhaps because Bell Potter sold and may have scared off some of the others from the bigger end of town.
Hard to ignore what is going on here ... Tick tock, time for the SP to fly IMHO
