i agree in the fullness of time it should happen, not too many Lorenzo's out there i suspect.
Patient/feeder systems have a long lead time from design, develop, deployment, training (for many reasons).
Signif complexity and too many players often involved.
The worries of patient confidentiality, giving DRs/specialist/GPs enough freedom within acceptable level of security and not allowing admin/finance/governance too much power (that often annoys clinicians) then you got nurses juggling work pressures (between admin/clinicians and patients)
They have significant amount of debt, but its a very healthy company with good prospects (global fin crisis is no help).
