Not that I know for sure (maybe someone else could let us know...) but I would assume that if IBA is licencing LORENZO Studio to other software developers then there is some form of patented or protected intellectual property there...
P.S. the buyers are lining up today..
Maybe another thought... if you like the IBA upside but are risk adverse, maybe get exposure through AEP as they are hugely discounted to NTA and have other business investments other than IBA...
