I can't suggest why anyone would trade PDY shares - maybe its the same people just trading the same shares to stop the price from tanking ? But I can suggest why the chances of Oakagee being developed is low, and the chances of Padbury being the developer is even lower - despite Gary going to China, Korea, and occasionally dining with Chinese blokes at a mining dinner, and feeling positive and being strong.
If it was a great idea Mitsubishi would be building it by now, their plans and project are way more advanced than the dusty files Padbury have sitting on half a bookshelf.
