Why would OXX be deemed a producer if Shell find gas at Palta?
even if the drill is a roaring success it would be many years away from production.
The game changer would be monetising the royalty on the event of a discovery, not waiting 10 years for an LNG development. The royalty could possibly be worth 10s or even 100+ million depending on the find....
