AVZ - same country and chart hardly affected - in fact very bullish uptrend .  Sure its lithium and not copper/cobalt, but the same mining code will apply.

Conclusion?  Seems mixed sentiment.  We have AVZ and Huayou with very bullish charts.  Katanga is off its highs but looks ok.  And we have NZC and IVN lagging.  Hard to agree markets are rational.
