Recent Congo mining changes would have led to people reassess there positions.
I don’t think this selling can now be blamed solely on Traxys.
A link to a list of the recent proposals that are being put forward in the Congo for the dictator in charge. Is it just a case that he has not signed anything yet because he is basking in the glory of all the bankhanders on the table......
