That is unless there is no plan to take NZC out and they will just end up being offtakers of product.

Why risk running the NZC SP much higher than you might have had too.
$100m is still $100m(or whatever) at the end of the day which goes half way to establishing a SX-EW.

Yeah but depends if they end up doing a CR to fund it. If they increase their MC $500m by announcing they are going to buy something that costs $250m then they are actually reducing dilution. I can see your point but I can definitely reconcile the other method in my head aswell
