At the moment, there are two sets of rules, one for immigrants committing crimes on the hour, and then everyone else.

But that is the reality of living in the western world in 2019.

It's not our experience. It's not our reality. We do not have the immigrant crime spree with a crime every hour & the authorities powerless to act that you describe as occurring in Australia.
