The electorate are the people who live in their own country, and are then told they need to conform to other countries beliefs.

The majority of people are usually ok with that, but there are a minority who clearly are not. In Melbourne, I wouldn't say it's a minority, I think it's getting way out of hand. At the moment, there are two sets of rules, one for immigrants committing crimes on the hour, and then everyone else. And the "electorate" as it were, are at breaking point. If the governments refuse to act, then these people will take matters into their own hands.

And that still doesn't excuse what this deranged lunatic has done. But that is the reality of living in the western world in 2019.
