I still cannot forget how KEY made a mess of the original sale of Tz to RAK, and if the reports are correct, they did this without even advising AEX of their decision to sell in the first place. You have to ask why did they not approach AEX first, and give them first crack, considering after all they are our largest business partner and operator for this project. Crickey AEX even got KEY shares from the original deal, what were they thinking?

To rub salt into the wound, KEY had to then approach AEX sometime later with their heads between their tails asking them to take part of Tz off their hands. And to think we actually expected AEX to give us a decent price after all this? I know what i would have told KEY.

If you go back over the last two years on KEY?s strategic decisions, boy have they made a few clangers IMO. You just have to wonder if this is one of the reasons some of the board members were keen to get up and go at the first opportunity last year.
