So, does that mean that the efforts to block the Zeta deal and hopefully replace the current board are a waste of time?. I have seen companies turned around in the past which have been in a much worse position than KEY.

The Italian and UK assets can provide very good returns for the shareholders down the track if properly managed.

Italy will take a while given the bans in place now, however if we have interest/investment from outside parties to retain our interest in WSS, and allow us to commence the drilling in the UK, the game is back on.

All KEY needs is a new dedicated management team with a clear strategy to actually create shareholder wealth and not destroy it.
