As for the future HYRO, I'm thinking....

Even if ownership transfers to foreign hands - they cannot just drop masses of staff (if they want it to contyinue in OZ).

The staff are the company - the "go between's" that work along with HYRO's customers.

HYRO is not just a company that spits out PC coding - something that may be able to be outsourced offshore without too much trouble. HYRO do the whole design/security packages etc for customers - something that requires local knowledge and relationships to be built.

If the new prospective owner wants the business to remain and grow in Australia - they will need to keep things similar - at least for a while one would imagine.
