.....Mr Buswell did say that he was comfortable with a clause that ensured the NWI partners would relinquish their South West Creek capacity if they did not develop the facility within a reasonable period of time, but Atlas has said it wants the site operational by 2015....

Mr Luk, you have wasted 6 months playing silly games by making a sickeing low ball $1.5 bid (dunny paper doesn't count) and going backdoor in warehousing shares, promising whatever to our slimy directors that would make Craig Thomson blush. You manipulate the sp like a yoyo knocking a $6+ share down to $1.6 in a matter of months and threatening on multiple occasions to delist the company to trap us minority shareholders like burying us alive.

Now, with all that wasted time and more time to waste, you hopeless stingy Chinaman now risk of losing the port allocation. Had you made the low-ball offer as per the dodgy NOT independent valuation report in CASH, you would have wrap the whole thing up already.

Morons, you still have time but not much. Don't shoot yourself in the foot with more mind games and toying with the sp.

You don't own the allocation. It's s use it or lose it provision. If you don't hurry up (and dig deeper), WNI may end up worth NOTHING. You, Norgard and all those dogs will end up with a pile of WNI dunny paper that is only good for wiping your arse.

One day, the directors (out of spite and vengence) will go public about all your WNI chinese seedy ways and how they got conned into selling their stakes to you lot.

    I ain't a pretty picture.
