Dear Wombat,
Your conjecture is consistent with mine that the purpose of the company buyback is to send a positive signal to the market in order to restore investors' confidence in NVA. However, it seems that the company has suddenly stopped the buyback. Why? Has the buyback met its original intention or failed to do so?
