Buyback could be a positive signal.
If buyback is a positive signal, and then oppositely, Stop buyingback could be a negative signal.
Think and think. Do not be childish. Why did the management decide to spend $500K for buyingback the shares on market? Please answer my simple question? Is it for fun or just want to spend the money because the company has a plenty of cash in the bank and do not know how to invest it or they are afraid to invest in a wrong project? Answer: No. The company needs the money for exploration. So why did the management decide to buyback the shares?
Please note that all the shares bought back by the company, they will be cancelled as per the Corporation law. It means the buyback will reduce the number of shares outstanding. Why did the company do it?
