What makes you think the buy back maybe cancelled? There has been no ann stating of this nature so it still stands that the buy back is still in place till since Nov 2018 for 12 months. Just because they have stopped buying as of recent doesn’t mean something is wrong. They maybe looking reserve funds for a rainy day considering the sentiment of the current stock market. As it seems you have doubts with many ifs and buts why don’t you email NVA and ask the questions as this may alleviate your concerns.
