NVA will own a majority of Snow Lake.

Snow Lake Resources is a new Canadian entity that is a subsidiary of Nova Minerals. It comprises the following groups of claims:

Thompson Bros / Sherritt Gordon / Grass River ( optioned by Progressive Planet from Strider Resources )

• Nova Minerals has satisfied their earn-in for 80% ownership of this group of claims ( predominately east side of Weksuko Lake, however Sherritt Gordon and Grass River are on the west side ).

Crowduck Claims

• This is additional unexplored area that Nova Minerals has staked ( predominately west side of Weksuko Lake )

Progressive Planet will be transferring their 20% of Thompson Bros group of claims into Snow Lake Resources. This means the completed group of claims will be 100% held by Snow Lake Resources.

NVA will retain a majority shareholding in Snow Lake Resources. We are waiting for confirmation of the IPO amount and the proportion that will be held by Nova Minerals.



This spinout will enable Snow Lake to self-fund it's development following the IPO.

After the spinout any funds raised by NVA will be able to be focused towards Estelle.
