Where did it say "they stopped" raising funds? I think it is more likely "it's all they could get". And I think it is optimistic to think RB and Syd did not get all they want. It is likely that the current upswing is caused by buying by a select few insiders. Is it designed to window dress after the SPP? Is this "creating a false market"? We'll find out over coming weeks whether it can persist above 4.5c. History would suggest we should now expect 4c to 5c to be the norm, so get used to it.
