All I am quoting are facts - and the facts are not good.
It is up to the company to do something about it.
They appear to have started by reviewing how they go about their business as we move forward, BUT, there are still many unanswered issues that they still have not addressed and I am not going to take up space here by listing them all again.
I might in a month or so if they still have not been addressed and we have completed our move back to Brisbane from Townsville. That is stressful enough at this stage without reliving all the NSP issues that have to be resolved!
