You may be right and the viewers may constitute well into double digits. I don't think that invalidates any of the substance from my post.

The fact remains that we don't have serious investors and the management/board have not answered very serious allegations by the auditors, as a minimum.

In my view, and it is just that, the lack of serious investors is more a function of the board than any comments on HC.

As I said, if HC is so important, then all the board need do is answer the questions posted here. Simple as that. Then all of the talk here would be gone. So why don't they? I can only see 2 possibilities, 1) They don't care about what is here (we know they read it!) 2) They can't answer the questions because the truth is frightening and they can't lie as they would be in breach of the corporations act (which they have been numerous times over th last few years). RB has told us that the board did in fact lie to shareholders over the 'resignation' of the directors. While I have no evidence either way, his accusation is extremely serious.

BTW, I believe in the tech, but the unexplained activities (such as the mass resignation of the entire independent board days before the AGM, the ASIC investigations and the auditors accusations), broken commitments without explanations, the positive spin on everything as well as the failed sales of the existing product has left me feeling ripped off.

IF, and it is a big IF, the posts on HC really do influence investors (potential buyers), then our board & management have dreadfully mismanaged the questions posted here. Frankly, I think reading of the announcements would have a much bigger negative influence. Remember the comments here are based around those announcements.

And by the way, these guys have had the tech for 15 years! I know biotech takes a lot of time, but they've had 15 years of promise after promise after promise. All they need do is answer the questions. It is that simple.
