    I thought that the seller looked to be finished a week or so ago, not true!!! although we have seen some good buying and when it finally eats its way through this 25-26 mark then we should be on our way.
    Acqusitions that we know are in the pipeline should be the driver, we just have to wait - how long? hopefully in April we may see the first.
