The ASX should never have allowed trading to recommence following the first announcement. If the ASX had a problem with the announcement they should have demanded the claims be either refined or backed up with evidence prior to allowing trade to recommence with the sp rocketing to 90cps+...
no sour grapes from me, i didnt buy - but i was caught out in similar circumstances with SAU a month or so ago. It really does show a lack of professionalism on behalf of The ASX and is very unfair on traders. Talk about a level playing field, what a joke.
