    Ceng, I am sorry, BUT, before we go any further I think you need a crash curse in Australian Geography....
    Blackall IS in Queensland. And Hankock's Billion $$$$$ Coal Tenements are very Close.....They are just about to have an Operational Rail with spare capacity.
    Palmer is also very interested.....

    EER's management has been in negotiations with both of them....
