BFS will be positive due to the low capex required to start it up.Infrastructure already in place and open books to the rise in the price of coal. Merryl Lynch/Bank Of America continue to saok up shares is a good indication of where this stock is at.When this runs,it will do so very hard.Hardly any shares to seel between 20 and 30c.I will continue to purchase at these levels for what i believe will be a huge percentage gainer.DYOR and be rewarded here.
