Why do you keep making up these bogey (and irrelevant) numbers in an effort to pit nuclear vs renewables in this false dichotomy. It's counterproductive and factually incorrect.
For starters theres approx. 9m dwellings in Australia. About 20% of those are apartments or units largely unsuitable for solar installation.

I'm not sure when you last checked the price of solar but as I pointed out earlier it's a developing technology that is decreasing in price every year. I can't find a $20k figure anywhere... it's more like $10-15k at the high end.

Your reactor pricing might be a bit optimistic for Australia but assuming no cost overruns or delays it might be doable.
