Given the sad experience AGS has had in dealing with its American partner at the Four Mile tenement originally held solely by AGS, I have serious doubts that South Australia could remain in control of any nuclear industry bi-product storage repository in Australia. What would initially be set up to orderly and safely sequester these materials arriving from many parts of the world, i believe, would be taken over by the most powerful influences outside South Australia. The consequence of that likely loss of control, as we have seen happen, could well be disastrous for South Australia.
