Really not sure you can read much into the charts for penny dreadfuls like NTU, too easily pushed around, av daily TO < $200K, despite the outlandish mkt cap.
What is quite clear is that it's still well entrenched in the DT from Oct 2014, making another lower high August last year.
Other POI of course is will it extend the DT with another LL under Feb 2016 0.057?
Can think of numerous scenarios that would trigger that, not much, in fact nothing, that points the other direction.
Really not sure you can read much into the charts for penny...
