They have not told us in which journal results are going to be published for one simple reason:
The peer review process may result in rejection (happens a lot, especially when u submit to some fancy Nature brand journals ), and resubmission to another journal unless an appeal and re-reviewing happens. They could have told us which journal they submitted the paper to, but its not relevant till published.

I can add to this. If they did submit to Nature (or other prestigious) brand, we have passed the initial editors pre-screening stage (rejection happens within a week from the submission date) and now we are in full review process.

Why I am guessing about Nature journals... well if the device really works, then nature is the most likely choice (most prestigious journal) !

One of my science papers was in review for a very frustrating year!
