There's nothing in the trading or the order stack that would indicate a leak of negative results. Volumes are low.

I don't think you'll see anything from a TA perspective until the results are out; either officially or unofficially.

Everybody who believes in the product already has their position. Everybody who disbelieves or is sceptical will be watching. Day traders will do their day trading. Without news there's no reason for anybody to want to change their position. Except for impatience, which is what I think we're seeing here.
