Yeah that was an urgent buy order.
Obviously they didn't want to wait around and sit on the bid at say 18 or 18.5 which could have potentially saved them around $7,000. It's, IMO results are just around the corner folks... You don't make that kind of a single by order above the bid lines unless you know something.. Smells funny, best of all they were able to do this under the radar as the share price never increased.
For now...
