David returned to the board almost a year ago, the big fall in the share price came in August 2018.  The current MD clearly has the confidence of the board and has guided some important developments which have set the company up for the future as 5G comes in.  This came through at the AGM.  The first strike with a shareholder vote of 65% against the renumeration report reflected a lack of understanding about the good things being done in the interests of shareholders as retiring director Ken Boundy explained at the AGM.  As a long term holder I would have preferred to have had Ken Boundy's insights sooner.  Like others I am a little impatient to see the good results translate into better shareholder returns.
